Dining at Hotel Kaloum brings together international, Chinese and Japanese restaurants within the large Almamya hotel on Avenue de la République. The Chinese venue has private rooms named Hangzhou and Xi’an, with dishes including duck-filled bread, black-pepper beef tenderloin, crispy duck rolls and peppered stir-fried chicken. The eighteenth-floor Sky Bar adds a different setting, serving cocktails, mocktails and tapas with panoramic city views. Together the restaurants and bars provide a choice of meal formats and atmospheres within the hotel. The property is also associated with the Primus name, although its current dining pages use Hôtel Kaloum branding.
