Kanavata Restaurant and Lounge is Nanuku Resort’s signature dining venue, located in the Clubhouse near Pacific Harbour. Its internationally influenced Pacific Rim cooking draws on seafood from Beqa Lagoon, sourced through relationships with local fishermen, together with South Pacific ingredients such as ivi chestnuts and peach palm hearts. A daily-changing three-course dinner menu reflects the season’s produce, with the restaurant open from morning through the evening. The team can also arrange private dining beyond the Clubhouse, including treetop, beachside or cliffside settings and meals in a residence with a private chef. These options extend the same culinary approach into more secluded parts of the resort.
