KAO Soldeu brings the Kao family's Chinese cooking to Lodge Park Hotel & Spa in Andorra. The restaurant combines a mountain setting with a culinary tradition developed by the family in Barcelona, whose first international hotel project opened here in 2018. Dim sum appears in steamed, boiled and fried forms, alongside Chinese soups, noodle dishes and rice preparations. Traditional Peking duck is the house signature, connecting the Soldeu menu with the family's established style.
