The Kentucky Castle brings castle architecture into the horse-country landscape of Versailles, near Lexington. Its 18 accommodations range from rooms within the main building to tower suites, a farmhouse, a cabin and tiny homes on the farm. Tower suites occupy two levels, with a kitchenette and sitting area below the bedroom and a small walkout overlooking the grounds. Dining uses ingredients from the property’s gardens and farm, with seasonal menus served through breakfast, lunch and dinner. The bar follows the same approach through garden herbs and house-made infusions, alongside Kentucky bourbon. A spa and organised tours add ways to explore the property beyond an overnight stay.
