Kimpton BEM Budapest occupies a restored nineteenth-century building on Bem József tér, on the Buda side of the Danube. Designer Marcel Wanders has given the historic mansion a vivid contemporary interior, using Hungarian history and local references as starting points. Rooms and suites range from smaller city accommodation to the Observatory and Cosmos suites. AGOS is the hotel’s principal restaurant, while spa and fitness facilities add options within the building. The riverside location provides a base for exploring Buda’s historic neighbourhoods and the nearby thermal baths. The hotel also welcomes pets and has meeting and private dining spaces for gatherings.
