KIN is a 28-seat restaurant in downtown Boise built around five-course prix fixe dining and communal storytelling. Each menu runs for five weeks, allowing the kitchen to explore a theme before moving to the next. Recent courses have paired black cod with habanada peppers, nori and vanilla, and porchetta with eggplant, tomatillo and flower-petal chimichurri. Optional beverage pairings include non-alcoholic choices, and dietary requirements can be accommodated with advance notice. A Saturday Supper Club offers an unpublished late-evening menu. Art Haus Cocktail Bar provides a separate, more casual setting for drinks and food, extending KIN’s gathering spaces beyond the reserved dining experience.
