Iwacu is the restaurant at King's Conference Centre in Bujumbura's Kinindo neighbourhood. Its name comes from the Kirundi expression for feeling at home, and its menu brings regional cooking together with international dishes. Fish from Lake Tanganyika is a particular part of the local offering. Breakfast, lunch and dinner serve guests staying at the centre as well as visitors coming for a meal. Coffee and fresh juices are available, and buffet arrangements can be tailored for groups. The restaurant also provides outside catering around Bujumbura, extending its kitchen's work to meetings and celebrations beyond the hotel's own conference rooms.
