KOLLÁZS Brasserie & Bar overlooks the Chain Bridge and Danube from Four Seasons Hotel Gresham Palace Budapest. Its name means collage in Hungarian, fitting a menu that brings French brasserie cooking together with local favourites. The setting places a contemporary restaurant within the restored Art Nouveau palace.
