Kroya
Cambodia

Kroya at Shinta Mani Angkor brings chef Chanrith’s memories of Khmer cooking into a contemporary restaurant. Locally sourced ingredients, native herbs and spices shape modern interpretations of recipes from his youth, with indoor dining, open-air seating and distinctive swinging tables. Lunch follows an à la carte format, while dinner offers several tasting menus, including plant-forward choices. Signature cocktails provide a further expression of the restaurant’s interest in Cambodian flavours. Cooking classes begin with a market visit to explore ingredients such as turmeric, lime, ginger and lemongrass, then return to a private kitchen at Kroya to prepare four traditional dishes.
