Kushi provides a Japanese dining retreat within Shangri-La Le Touessrok at Trou d'Eau Douce. A sushi counter brings diners close to the chefs, while an omakase experience leaves the selection in the kitchen's hands. The restaurant's Sake Alcove focuses on rare sakes, and the Teppan Room offers a separate teppanyaki experience. Beyond sushi and sashimi, dishes have included miso-marinated fish with pak choi and yuzu, Wagyu with Japanese mushrooms, and grilled aubergine with crispy tofu and yuzu miso. The setting is within the resort's main arrival building, between its other dining spaces.
