Kyambura Gorge Lodge

Kyambura Gorge Lodge occupies a converted coffee store on the edge of Queen Elizabeth National Park, with views across the savannah, gorge and distant Rwenzori Mountains. Eight hand-built bandas have private balconies, en-suite bathrooms and indoor and outdoor showers. Reworked local artefacts give the interiors their distinctive character. A swimming pool looks over the park, with massage rooms and personal butler service adding facilities at the lodge. The Fig Tree Trail provides access on foot towards chimpanzee trekking in the gorge. Birding in the wetlands, game drives and visits to the Kyambura Women’s Coffee Cooperative connect the stay to the surrounding landscape and community.
