L'Ami is the signature restaurant at Sofitel Cotonou Marina Hotel & Spa on Boulevard de la Marina. Its menu is developed by chef Georgiana Viou, bringing a French bistro approach into conversation with Beninese influences. The restaurant belongs to the hotel's broader dining collection, but its focus is distinct from the Levantine food at Vivo, Mediterranean cooking at Corniche and Asian fusion at Byblos.
