L’Atelier is Pullman Luang Prabang’s all-day restaurant, with indoor dining and a shaded terrace overlooking a lily pond, rice paddies and distant mountains. Its setting places the resort’s agricultural landscape directly beside the meal, with breakfast, lunch and dinner served. Live cooking stations prepare breakfast dishes using organic, locally sourced ingredients. Buffet and à la carte menus cover Lao and international food, with nutritionists contributing to the menu development. The restaurant sits beside The Junction and near the conference centre, and meals can also be delivered to rooms and suites.
