La Coupole is the French brasserie at Sofitel Phnom Penh Phokeethra, bringing together French dishes, seafood and Asian specialities. Live cooking stations make preparation part of the dining room’s activity, with service spanning breakfast, lunch and dinner. Sunday brunch is a particular feature, with lobster, French oysters, Hokkaido scallops, foie gras and homemade ice cream among the choices. A weekly brasserie lunch provides a shorter alternative.
