La Cristallerie occupies an Art Nouveau dining room at Hotel Le Place d'Armes in Luxembourg City. Gold leaf and stained glass give the room a decorative character, while chef Milan Brée pursues contemporary French cooking shaped by the seasons. Brée, originally from Nantes, places ingredients and precision at the centre of the kitchen's approach. Dinner is arranged as a progression of courses, using texture and aroma as well as flavour to develop the meal. The restaurant's Place d'Armes address puts this intimate dining space within the historic centre and the hotel's collection of restored buildings.
