La Kasbah’s dining is divided between Rakada, the main restaurant, and La Sofra, which serves an à la carte menu. Both sit within Hotel La Kasbah in Kairouan’s medina, a property whose architecture follows the historic city around it. The kitchens offer international cooking together with local specialities. Rakada has capacity for around 300 diners, giving it a larger-scale role within the hotel, while La Sofra provides a separate menu-led alternative. A Moorish café adds another setting for spending time over drinks.
