Now presented as La Mesa Trattoria, its current concept draws on the developer's Italian roots, combining locally sourced ingredients with classic Italian cooking. The room has a formal character, with distinctive tiles from Granada and carefully arranged interiors. Private meals can be organised here, offering a separate setting from Mukul's beachfront restaurants and more informal palapa dining. The emphasis on Italian tradition gives La Mesa its own direction within the resort's wider Nicaraguan and international food offering.
