La Villa in the Sky occupies a glass structure above Brussels’ IT Tower, more than 100 metres above the city. The compact open kitchen lets diners watch Alexandre Dionisio and his team at work, while the surrounding windows bring the skyline into both lunch and dinner. Dionisio combines classical foundations with a modern approach, building seasonal menus around carefully chosen ingredients. The contemporary dining room keeps the focus on the cooking and the panoramic setting. Access requires climbing 48 stairs over the final two floors, a practical consideration for anyone with limited mobility.
