Lautrec
Pennsylvania

Lautrec is Nemacolin's intimate tasting-menu restaurant within The Chateau in Pennsylvania's Laurel Highlands. Following a period of renovation, it returned in June 2026 with refreshed interiors. The dining experience centres on a seasonally inspired sequence, with wine pairings available to follow the courses. A recent five-course menu moved from foie gras torchon with lingonberry-poached pear to spring-pea risotto and a choice of Dover sole or Wagyu striploin. Local artisanal cheeses were served with Nemacolin honey, followed by rhubarb, strawberry and French meringue. The progression combines European techniques with seasonal ingredients, making dinner a substantial part of a stay at the resort.
