Le Capitole Hôtel
Place D'Youville, Old Québec, Canada
Le Capitole combines a historic theatre setting with contemporary hotel rooms at Place D'Youville. Michelin highlights its generous layouts and design, while the operator places suites, a ninth-floor penthouse and the Clubby cocktail bar within the same complex as the performance venue. This is a strong base for travellers who want their evenings to extend beyond dinner. The position near rue Saint-Jean also makes it easy to alternate the walled city's sights with the life of the neighbourhoods outside them.
