Le Cirque Signature brings Franco-Italian dining to The Leela Palace Bengaluru and The Leela Mumbai. Both restaurants use a palette of beige, ebony and ochre, with menus that combine French technique and Italian dishes in a formal hotel setting. In Bengaluru, the fifth-floor restaurant has a Murano chandelier and an outdoor dining option looking towards the palace gardens. Mumbai’s eighth-floor venue offers a separate private dining room and a wine cellar spanning Old and New World producers. Its signatures include lobster salad, Sirio’s Spaghetti Primavera and tiramisu, giving the meal a connection to the wider Le Cirque culinary tradition.
