Le Musée is the sort of bouchon where checked tablecloths and neighbouring conversations are part of lunch. At rue des Forces, the kitchen keeps Lyon classics such as sausage in brioche, quenelles and tablier de sapeur at the heart of the menu. Quentin Delbassee now carries the restaurant forward after working here for years. Come for the food and sociable atmosphere, and reserve ahead: the tightly arranged room is better suited to conviviality than private conversation.
