Le Safoutier is Hilton Yaounde’s modern buffet restaurant, named after Cameroon’s safou fruit tree. Traditional local cooking shares the buffet with international favourites. The dining room overlooks the hotel gardens, and its buffet service covers breakfast, lunch and brunch. This is the hotel’s main buffet venue, distinct from its lobby cocktail bar and rooftop bar.
