Leaf places its dining room between the ocean and Six Senses Laamu's organic herb garden on Olhuveli Island. The adults-only restaurant uses produce grown at the resort and on neighbouring islands to shape Mediterranean cooking, with a menu that changes each day. A four-course tasting menu provides the meal's structure, with wine pairings available. The garden grows more than 40 varieties of micro herbs and greens, while a mushroom hut supplies another source of ingredients close to the kitchen. Candlelight and the elevated, open setting keep the emphasis on the surrounding greenery and water. The garden is more than a view from the table: it is part of the restaurant's daily supply of food.
