Les Palmiers is Hotel Morabeza’s main restaurant, set on a tree-lined esplanade beside Santa Maria Beach on Sal. Breakfast is served as a buffet, with fresh fruit, breads, home-baked pastries, pancakes and eggs prepared in several ways. Indoor and outdoor tables allow guests to choose between the dining room and the shade of the trees. In the evening, the restaurant offers à la carte dining alongside changing menus for guests on meal plans. Cape Verdean nights bring local dishes, music and traditional dance into the programme, adding a different character to the weekly dinner service. The setting remains closely tied to the hotel’s gardens and open-air communal spaces.
