Lingka Restaurant
Bhutan

Lingka Restaurant draws its name from Bhutan's custom of gathering outdoors to share food and conversation. At Zhiwaling Heritage in Paro, the light-filled dining room opens onto a hand-built wooden cantilever bridge spanning a trout pond, connecting indoor tables with the hotel's gardens. An all-day menu combines Bhutanese dishes, curries and international favourites. Produce comes from the hotel's vegetable garden and nearby Paro Valley farms. The kitchen can adapt spice levels and cater for vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free requirements, allowing the local cooking to be tailored to different tastes.
