Lore Bistroo occupies a former shipyard building shared with the Kai Art Center in Tallinn’s Noblessner harbour district. Founded by Janno Lepik and Kristjan Peäske, it combines the easy pace of a neighbourhood bistro with food inspired by the team’s travels. The menu gives comfort-food favourites a fresh interpretation, with sharing plates encouraging a sociable meal. Families are particularly welcome: alongside a children’s menu, there are games, art supplies and purées for younger guests. Its harbour setting and proximity to exhibitions make Lore a natural stop during a day in Noblessner, while the warm dining room works just as well for gathering with friends over a longer meal.
