LuCe is the sushi and cocktail venue at Hilton Trinidad & Conference Centre. Its outdoor terrace looks southwest across Queen’s Park Savannah, bringing one of Port of Spain’s most recognisable open spaces into the dining setting. The restaurant combines a sushi bar with a wider signature menu and cocktail service. Both hotel guests and other diners are welcome, allowing the venue to function as a separate evening destination within the hillside property. The terrace provides an open-air alternative to the indoor bar and dining areas.
