Luna Fargo began as an independent coffee shop in 1993 and has developed into a neighbourhood kitchen and wine-and-beer lounge on South University Drive. Lunch and dinner menus change daily, with cooking that draws on local producers and Midwestern tastes. Its coffee-house roots remain visible through regional coffee and loose-leaf tea, while an artisanal cheese selection spans domestic and international producers. The drinks programme includes six craft-beer taps and wines served by the glass through a Coravin system. Cheese plates, changing seasonal food and a relaxed café setting allow the venue to move naturally between daytime visits and evening meals.
