Luna Muna occupies an oceanfront setting at Ibagari Boutique Hotel between Roatán’s West Bay and West End. Its name combines Spanish and Garífuna to mean House of the Moon, while trees, birdlife and the nearby beach shape the open-air surroundings. Chef Alex Flores’s cooking brings Asian, Italian, Spanish-American and Honduran influences to natural, home-made ingredients. Vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free dishes provide dedicated choices, and the bar’s cocktails explore tropical, citrus and spicy flavours.
