Dining at Machangulo Beach Lodge follows a daily programme shaped by fresh ingredients available in the surrounding area. Breakfast is served in the Delagoa Lounge, with fruit, cereals and pastries alongside cooked-to-order choices. Lunch takes place in the Baixas area. Dinner returns to the main Delagoa dining hall for a three-course menu. Choices generally include meat, seafood and vegetarian dishes, selected earlier in the day. The kitchen supports local suppliers where possible. Drinks are available from Baixas Bar during the day and the upstairs Delagoa Bar in the evening, with service extending to the beach and pool.
