MaKuwa-Kuwa Restaurant is open on three sides above the waterhole at Victoria Falls Safari Lodge. Elephants and other wildlife may come into view during a meal, giving the dining room a direct connection to the surrounding landscape. The menu brings together international and African influences. Dishes include bream with barley in tomato sauce, confit guinea fowl with a sorghum, sweetcorn and mushroom ragout, and quail with vegetable couscous and spiced carrot purée. Breakfast combines a continental buffet with cooked dishes, while the dinner menu also offers vegetarian choices such as aubergine parmigiana and butternut ravioli with curry sauce.
