MAN brings Cantonese and northeastern Chinese cooking to the fourth floor of Conrad Shenyang. Its design draws on the arrangement of a traditional Chinese residence, combining courtyard, corridor, living space and pavilion elements within the dining room. Lanterns reinforce the architectural references. The kitchen changes its menu with the seasons, giving regional dishes a connection to the ingredients available at that time of year. The restaurant accommodates smaller meals as well as larger gatherings, with its residential layout providing a different atmosphere from the hotel's skyline restaurants on the upper floors.
