Dining at Mandala Resort is part of the small TradeWinds island stay on Fetoko in Vava’u. The kitchen draws on fresh Tongan fish and produce bought from local farmers, with free-range eggs supplied by a neighbouring island. An aeroponic garden provides another source of ingredients.
