Mandarin Oriental Qianmen is arranged as 42 courtyard houses within a traditional hutong neighbourhood near Beijing’s Central Axis. Opened in 2024, it brings hotel accommodation into the scale and layout of the city’s historic alleyways, with spacious interiors, private courtyard settings and Chinese design details. Dining spans Cantonese cuisine at Yan Garden, regional Italian dishes at VICINI and Beijing-inspired drinks and bar food at TIAO. Maple Lounge offers teas in a quieter courtyard setting. The spa has private treatment suites, a Tea House and a dedicated healing space, alongside a fitness centre. Mandarin Palace and Zhengyang Mansion provide distinctive settings for events within the broader collection of buildings.
