Voyage Restaurant at Mango Island Lodges uses a collection of themed spaces, from a French brasserie to Mexican swings, an Arabian tent and a Japanese tea house. Tables look towards the pool and garden, with the different settings forming an unusual backdrop for meals. Cooking is prepared to order with a French influence and adapted to diners’ preferences, including vegetarian and gluten-free requirements. Breakfast and dinner are offered, with dinner arranged on request and packed lunches available for excursions. A wine cellar complements Martinique rums, green teas, cocktails and fresh fruit juices at the bar.
