Manresa’s former home in Los Gatos now operates as Ritual at Manresa, a culinary members’ club built around visiting chefs. David Kinch’s original restaurant closed at the end of 2022; the kitchen today hosts a changing programme of international residencies rather than a permanent menu from Kinch. Each monthly residency centres on one week of dinners, with visiting chefs presenting a 10-to-12-course menu across five nights. Wine pairings, non-alcoholic cocktails and opportunities to meet the chef form part of the programme. Members can book individual tables, a private dining room or a communal table, while a discovery membership gives first-time guests a route into the experience.
