Dining at Manta Ray Bay Resort takes place aboard Mnuw, a Phinisi schooner from Indonesia moored on Yap's bay. The vessel contains its own kitchen, three dining decks and two bars, turning a meal into an experience of the ship as well as the waterfront. The Manta Ray Bistro and open-air upper deck provide different settings for dining. Drinks are served at the Nautical Weaver Bar on the bridge deck and the Crow's Nest Bar beneath the mizzen mast. Beer comes from the resort's own Stone Money Brewing Company, alongside tropical drinks.
