Mantenga Lodge’s restaurant looks across the Ezulwini Valley towards Execution Rock, with a spacious deck for outdoor meals and an indoor dining room. Its cooking blends Swazi ingredients and flavours with European dishes, offering grilled specialities, vegetarian choices and a wine selection chosen to accompany the food. Buffet breakfast begins the day, followed by à la carte lunch and dinner. Set menus and buffets can also be arranged, with around 70 seats available for diners. The terrace and bar provide space for sundowners, while reservations are recommended for visitors who are not staying at the lodge.
