Green Restaurant takes its name from the fairways at Marriott Maracay Golf Resort. Views across the pool and golf course make the grounds part of the dining experience. The kitchen follows an international menu with a particular emphasis on steakhouse cooking. The restaurant is complemented by Cacao Lounge, a lobby bar whose theme draws on Venezuelan cacao.
