Market Café at Hyatt Regency Jinan takes its inspiration from a city market, with custom-designed screens leading from the lobby into the restaurant. Chefs work in open show kitchens, preparing local and international dishes at the wok, grill and wood-fired oven. The cooking is part of the experience as well as the source of the meal. Diners can sit in a sunlit lounge finished in wood and granite, eat outdoors in the garden or choose one of two private rooms.
