Nanning Kitchen is the current name of the all-day restaurant formerly described as Marriott Café at Nanning Marriott Hotel. Its cooking combines Southern Asian influences with regional European dishes, served in a contemporary room with modern décor and background music. Breakfast, lunch and dinner give the restaurant a continuing role throughout the day. It provides an international alternative to Man Ho, the hotel’s separate Cantonese restaurant, while the setting keeps the emphasis on informal dining within the Minzu Boulevard property.
