Dining at Matetsi Victoria Falls follows a daily changing menu built around regional produce. The kitchen can adapt to a range of dietary requirements, with breakfast, lunch and dinner forming part of the culinary offering beside the Zambezi. Shared lodge areas provide covered and outdoor dining spaces, an interactive kitchen, a copper bar and a boma. Meals can also be served in the privacy of a guest suite or on its river-facing terrace. These different settings allow the same kitchen to support both sociable evenings around the lodge and quieter meals close to the water.
