Maxwells Restaurant & Bar is a West Fargo dining room on Ninth Street East, combining seasonal cooking with a substantial wine programme. Chef Mike Wald leads a kitchen that seeks local produce where possible and uses techniques drawn from beyond the region. The wine list offers more than 100 labels, with a selection intended to match the menu. Max Bar provides a more intimate setting for drinks and a separate gourmet bar menu, alongside cocktails and spirits.
