Metropolitan, formerly known as Metropolitan Grill, serves Serbian and international cooking at Hyatt Regency Belgrade. It occupies the main lobby level, with an all-day format that moves from breakfast to à la carte lunches and dinners. At breakfast, a show kitchen prepares eggs, omelettes and pancakes to order alongside the buffet and continental choices. Later meals use the same blend of local and international influences, with Serbian wines among the drinks selection. The restaurant's place in the hotel gives it a setting for small gatherings as well as meals between meetings in New Belgrade.
