Formerly MEZZO, Arome Locale is the restaurant at BERD'S hotel in Chișinău. Its cooking reinterprets traditional Moldovan recipes through locally sourced ingredients, working with producers whose fruit, vegetables and other products give the menu its regional foundation. The restaurant serves breakfast, dinner and Sunday brunch. Breakfast combines a counter with à la carte dishes, bringing international choices alongside the local focus. A natural-stone bar provides a setting for cocktails and wines from Moldova and further afield. The renamed restaurant launched in February 2023.
