Milaidhoo occupies a small island in Baa Atoll, close to Hanifaru Bay and its seasonal manta gatherings. The resort has 50 villas and residences, with beach and overwater settings, private pools and interiors that open widely onto their decks. Handcrafted furnishings, local art and natural textures reference Maldivian design. The house reef supports snorkelling and diving, with a resident marine biologist and dive centre adding guidance. An overwater spa, yoga pavilion and gym provide activities away from the reef. Ba'theli by the Reef serves communal Maldivian meals on three wooden boats in the lagoon, giving dining a close connection to island traditions. Dedicated hosts look after each stay, and the resort welcomes guests aged eight and above.
