The Virginia Avenue restaurant occupies a former car dealership and garage in Indianapolis’s Fountain Square area. Opening garage doors and communal tables supported by old vehicle lifts keep the building’s history visible. The kitchen’s changing approach draws on local produce and globally influenced breakfast and lunch dishes. Dutch baby pancakes and grits are part of its established repertoire, with ingredients changing seasonally. House-made syrups and an espresso programme extend that creativity to drinks, while rotating artwork gives the dining room a further local connection.
