Millwright's occupies a seventeenth-century mill above a waterfall in Simsbury, with dining in the main room, an enclosed bridge and a tavern. Chef-owner Tyler Anderson's cooking draws on New England culinary traditions and a focus on carefully chosen ingredients. Executive chef Alejandro Leiva brings Argentine influences alongside a seasonal approach, while pastry chef Lexi Moore oversees the desserts. The restaurant offers dinner, Sunday brunch and a midweek three-course menu, with a separate wine list supporting the meal. Its historic mill setting gives each dining space a different relationship to the water.
