Mizumi
Nevada

Mizumi brings several forms of Japanese dining together beside a garden, koi pond and 90-foot waterfall at Wynn Las Vegas. Natural wood, stone sculpture and contemporary Japanese architectural details connect the interior to the greenery outside. The kitchen's range extends from sushi and sashimi to robatayaki, tempura and noodles. Fish sourced from Japan, a dry-ageing programme and an extensive sake selection give diners several ways to explore the menu, while kaiseki and omakase experiences place the progression of the meal in the kitchen's hands. A separate Teppan Room adds the performance of cooking at communal grill tables. It has its own menu and requires a distinct reservation, so choosing where to sit also means choosing the style of dinner. For an outdoor meal, the small Sansui terrace places tables directly beside the waterfall.
